Amaze is the consultancy and precision-services arm built on La Fabrika, a Beirut sampling-and-production studio operating since 2014. We give small, high-turnover fashion brands fractional access to a technical director, a financial & commercial advisor, and an in-house production line — end to end, from sampling to sale.
Amaze packages that studio's hard-won operational know-how into a structured, sellable service: end-to-end guidance across the full garment life cycle — from creative development and sampling through pre-production, production, quality, commercial planning, logistics, compliance and finance. Our client roster spans Monot, Jean Louis Sabaji, Elie Saab, Super Yaya, Zeid Hijazi, Renaissance Renaissance, Salim Azzam, Bokja and Sarah's Bag, among others. We target the segment traditional consultancies ignore: small brands with limited budgets and high turnover who need professional structure but cannot afford a full in-house team — with premises, machines and a 12-person team already in place in Beirut, and an EU representative office in Romania.
"Where competitors advise in generalities, Amaze builds a case file for every stage — price versus paper notes versus real, measurable outcome — so clients see exactly where accuracy, speed, quality and cost are won or lost."
Each engagement is scoped from estimated hours across the roles required — a clear fixed quote, built for brands that need structure without the overhead of a full in-house team.

Self-paced and live remote sessions covering pattern making, fit accuracy, CLO 3D, compliance and financial analytics — for teams that need structure without travel.
Hands-on sessions run on your floor with your team and product — sampling, quality control and production follow-up taught against your own line.
Tracks speed and accuracy across sampling, pre-production and production so bottlenecks are visible stage by stage, not discovered after the fact.
Cost, margin and pricing analytics across the chain — the same financial discipline behind La Fabrika's dynamic pricing model, applied to your line.
Purpose-built tools and dashboards scoped to your workflow, when an off-the-shelf tracker doesn't fit the way your brand actually operates.
Focused, single-topic sessions on pattern making, digital development and compliance — for a specific skill gap on your team.
Structured, multi-week curricula that take a team from fundamentals through to running a full stage of the garment life cycle on their own.
In-house small-batch production billed at cost plus 20%, sized for brands with limited budgets and high turnover who need professional structure without the overhead of a full production line.
Creative R&D and sampling from pattern making and draping through digitizing and technical folders, run on La Fabrika's Beirut floor with a 12-person team already in place.
Production follow-up and quality control, labels, packaging and fitting support — the accountability layer that turns a factory relationship into a measurable, managed process.
